This paper describes the electrical and dielectric behavior of the nCdS/pZnTe HJ by current-voltage, capacitance-voltage characteristics, and impedance spectroscopy in a temperature interval 220-350 K. A microcrystalline p-ZnTe layer and n-CdS were grown on glass/ZnO substrate by closed space sublimation method. As frontal contact to CdS, the transparent ZnO and as a back contact to ZnTe, silver conductive paste (Ag) treated at 50 °C in vacuum were used.

A ZnPc(COOH)/FeO/Ch composite was prepared by immobilization of ZnPc(COOH) onto FeO/chitosan nanoparticles by a simple immersion method. The photophysical properties were studied using UV-vis spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectroscopy and time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) in different aqueous solutions.

The synthesis of binary -VP:ClAC copolymer was performed by the radical polymerization method and then grafted to ZnPc by the Friedel Crafts acylation reaction. We have developed a water-soluble ZnPc:ClAC:-VP photosensitizer with a narrow absorption band at 970 nm, fluorescence at λ = 825 nm and the decay fluorescence profile with 3-decay relatively longer times of 1.
