Prospective data are lacking to inform management of post-thrombolysis hyperglycemia. In a prespecified analysis from the Stroke Hyperglycemia Insulin Network Effort (SHINE) trial of hyperglycemic stroke management, we hypothesized that post-thrombolysis hyperglycemia is associated with a higher risk of sICH.
