Background: Over the past two decades, changes in mission and expectations of deployed medical assets are requiring adaptations of pharmacy services. Specifically, the Department of Defense (DOD)-deployed contractors in theater are now eligible for varying levels of care from DOD-deployed assets. Pharmacy must now stock and maintain a complex medication footprint.

This case report underscores several clinically important aspects of Delftia acidovorans IE: the organism's ability to cause rapid destruction of normal native valves and to cause embolic occlusion of large arteries and its resistance to all aminoglycosides.

Methods: The authors reviewed the medical histories and results of the HerpeSelect IgG (Focus Diagnostics, Cypress, CA) of 244 HCV-infected male veterans engaged in care.
Fifty-nine Staphylococcus aureus isolates from one hundred blood cultures containing gram-positive cocci in clusters were identified by conventional methods and the BD GeneOhm StaphSR assay (SR). The SR misidentified three methicillin (meticillin)-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) isolates as methicillin-susceptible S.

We present an algorithm for phase retrieval when there exist two related sets of Fourier-transform magnitude data. The data are assumed to come from a single object observed in two different polarizations through a distorting medium, so the phase component of the Fourier transform of the object is corrupted.
