The use of supportive underwear has been applied for preventing stress urinary incontinence (SUI) which is caused by descent of the bladder neck due to weakness in the pelvic floor muscles, because it is known that SUI can be improved by elevating the descended bladder neck. However, appropriate approaches to the underwear design are still being explored. In order to establish an appropriate first-order design strategy for supportive underwear, clarifying the relationship between the pressure from the underwear and the amount of elevation of the bladder neck is necessary.

It includes (1) the new algorithm of real-space nonbonded interactions maximizing the performance on ARM CPU architecture, (2) reciprocal-space nonbonded interactions minimizing communicational cost, (3) accurate temperature/pressure evaluations that allows a large time step, and (4) effective parallel file inputs/outputs (I/O) for MD simulations of extremely huge systems. The largest system that contains 1.

Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 52 patients with resolved HBV infection who were HBV-DNA negative. HBV-DNA after KT was evaluated, and the occurrence of HBV reactivation and outcomes were monitored.
Background: Supercomputers have become indispensable infrastructures in science and industries. In particular, most state-of-the-art scientific results utilize massively parallel supercomputers ranked in TOP500. However, their use is still limited in the bioinformatics field due to the fundamental fact that the asynchronous parallel processing service of Grid Engine is not provided on them.

Two key structures in the brain should be paid special attention with regard to stress regulation, namely, the hypothalamus and the hippocampus. The former is the region for central command for most, if not all, of the major endocrine systems, and the latter takes a key position in the regulation of mood and anxiety.
