Primary aldosteronism characterized by the overproduction of aldosterone by the adrenal glands, is sometimes accompanied by autonomous cortisol secretion. In this study, we retrospectively analyzed 8 cases of primary aldosteronism (PA) with subclinical Cushing's syndrome (SCS).
