UV radiation is the main etiological agent of skin cancer. Other factors such as pollution, diet and lifestyle are also contributing factors. Our aim was to investigate the association between melanoma and exposome factors in the Spanish population with a prospective multicenter case-control study.

Introduction: Dupilumab is an IL-4 / IL-13 inhibitor monoclonal antibody approved for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) with remarkable safety and efficacy profiles. However, former studies have reported an increase in serum eosinophils during treatment, with undetermined clinical significance.
The Objective: of this study is to evaluate changes in blood eosinophils and other laboratory parameters while on dupilumab.
Exposure to UV radiation is a major risk factor for the development of malignant skin neoplasms. Currently, there are no studies available on sun-exposure habits among different countries. We conducted a cross-sectional survey among medical students from the University of Rome, Italy and the University of Granada, Spain to compare their photoprotection knowledge, habits, and attitudes.

- A study was conducted on patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) to explore the impact of atopic comorbidities like asthma and allergic rhinitis on their treatment response.
- Data was collected from the BIOBADATOP registry, involving 509 patients, mostly adults with severe AD, and analyzed for associations between atopic comorbidities and clinical characteristics.
- Results indicated that patients with personal atopic comorbidities had more severe symptoms and a higher history of treatments, but no significant differences in treatment response were found after 6 and 12 months, suggesting a need for longer follow-up.
