Background: Datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd), is a humanized anti-TROP2 IgG1 monoclonal antibody linked to a potent topoisomerase I inhibitor payload (DXd). Dato-DXd has already shown antitumor activity in breast cancer; however, the determinants of response, including the importance of TROP2 expression, remain unclear. Background: Intensified systemic chemotherapy following minimally invasive surgery for patients with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer is performed to achieve curative resection and improve quality of life. We report a case of initially unresectable rectal cancer with metastases treated with laparoscopic and thoracoscopic staged resections after triplet chemotherapy plus bevacizumab.

Superficially spreading cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is the superficial extension of SCC of the cervix into the uterine lumen, replacing the endometrium. Here, we report a case of superficially spreading cervical SCC manifesting as intrauterine mural nodules with restricted diffusion on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). A 76-year-old woman with a history of conization presented with a pelvic mass.
