We present in this paper results of assessment of morphofunctional state of myocardium in patients with the Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome before and during one year after radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFA) of accessory atrioventricular junction (AAVJ) and comparison of them with analogous parameters of the group of healthy volunteers as well as in dependence on electrophysiological properties of AAVJ and its localization.
