Robot-assisted laparoscopic continent cutaneous urinary diversion in adults: A single-centre study.

Objectives: To show that robot-assisted laparoscopic cutaneous continent urinary diversion (RALCCUD) is feasible and safe; however, data on clinical outcomes in adults are lacking.

Materials And Methods: We conducted a retrospective study of all adults who underwent RALCCUD between 2017 and 2022 at a single tertiary reference centre.Patient characteristics, clinical information and perioperative outcomes were recorded.

Extraperitoneal robotic approach to the uretero-vesical junction in children: Initial experience and a step-by-step video presentation.

Introduction & Objectives: The use of transperitoneal robotic-assisted procedures for ureterovesical junction (UVJ) anomalies in pediatric patients is increasing. However, the extra-peritoneal approach potentially less invasive, remains underexplored with robotic approach in pediatric patients. We present our experience of robot-assisted extra-vesical laparoscopic extra-peritoneal UVJ surgery.

Safety and feasability of ureteroscopy for pediatric stone, in children under 5 Years (SFUPA 5): A French multicentric study.

Introduction: Ureteroscopy (URS) can be proposed as first-line therapy for the management of pelvic stones from 10 to 20 mm and for lower ureteric stones in children. However, little is known about the success and the morbidity of URS in young children. Ureteroscopic treatment may present matters in young children because of the small size of the pediatric kidney and the small size of the collecting system.

Mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy: Is smaller better for kidney stones in patients with neurogenic bladder?

Introduction: Patients with neurologic bladder are at an increased risk for urolithiasis, and currently, data on mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy in this population are limited. Our objective was to compare mini (15F)-percutaneous nephrolithotomy, standard (24F)-PCNL and flexible ureteroscopy in terms of efficacy and safety in treatment of kidney stones in patients with neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunction (NLUTD).
