[Examination of platelet aggregation and ultrastructure in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma].

Aggregation and secretion reaction of thrombocytes were studied in 54 patients suffering from Non-Hodgkin's++Lymphoma. Results were compared with electron-microscopic findings on thrombocytes of the same patients. Slight changes were found in stage II.

[Production of an enriched factor VIII reagent].

An enriched factor VIII preparation was produced from cryoprecipitates by means of dextran. Cleaning was made in two phases: In the first phase the fibrinogen was precipitated and in the subsequent second phase the same was done with antihaemophilic globulin. By comparing the quantity and the degree of enrichment gained from the precipitation with dextran and with polyaethylenglycol, the conclusion can be made that both procedures virtually lead to the same results.
