A case with a large aneurysm of the pulmonary artery trunk is described, with a many-year course with non-elucidated-probably complex, etiology. The case was clinically and roentgelogically admitted to be the more frequently met aortic aneurysm. The diagnosis was made by means of right heart catheterization and angiocardiography.
