Objective: To investigate the direct effect of D-like dopaminergic receptors antagonist on Th17-cells function in multiple sclerosis (MS) .
Material And Methods: Forty-one relapsing-remitting MS patients and twenty-five healthy subjects were examined. The functional activity of Th17-cells was assessed by the ability to produce IL-17 and IFN-γ by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and CD4 T cells, stimulated with microbeads coated with anti-CD3/anti-CD28-antibodies.
Absorption and fluorescence spectra of the chromene 3 and chromene 13 dyes are studied experimentally and by density functional theory (DFT) including vibronic structure analysis. Vertical electronic absorption spectra are also calculated with the ab initio multiconfiguration method XMC-QDTP2. The vibronic progression for the S0 → S1 electronic transition is calculated within the Franck-Condon approximation including Dushinsky effect and promoting modes are analyzed.

Theoretical calculations and experimental measurements were carried out for the investigation of spectroscopic and photophysical properties of Zn(DFP SAMQ)2 complex. The rate constant of intersystem crossing and the radiative rate constant were calculated using ab initio method. The rate constant of the internal conversion was estimated using the received calculated values and the experimental fluorescence quantum yield.

118 K. pneumoniae cultures isolated from the pulmonary tissue samples, taken during autopsy from 33 patients who had died of pneumonia, and from the sputum of 19 living patients with chronic pneumonia, as well as 2 strains, K1 and K2, from the International Reference Klebsiella collection, formerly known as Friedländer's bacilli A and B, were studied. Besides K.

457 Klebsiella strains isolated from newborns and young children with different clinical manifestations of infections, as well as from adults having contacts with them and from various objects of the environment in the foci of these infections, have been studied. All the isolated cultures, with the exception of one strain isolated from the pus of a gluteal abscess and identified as K. ozaenae K4, have been identified as K.
