[A case of anaphylactic shock following the administration of Gd-DTPA].

We experienced a case of serious adverse reaction following the administration of Gd-DTPA (gadolinium with diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid). The patient showed sneezing and hoarseness when Gd-DTPA was administered for the first time.
