[Treatment of the residual cavity after partial pneumonectomy in tuberculosis].

Effectiveness of treatment of the residual pleural cavity after partial resection of the lungs was studied in 142 patients. Complex therapeutic treatment (trans-thoracic++ puncture therapy, filling with autologous blood ) and reoperations facilitated clinical healing of 127 patients (89.5%).
