The research is devoted to establishing of early diagnostic, differential-diagnostic criteria and the prognosis of hypixemic-ischaemic damage of central nervous system (that differs due to characteristics and the degree of complexity) of preliminary-born in acuity on the basis of their complex interdisciplinary research (anamnesis, neurological, clinical, instrumental--neurovoiceprint, immune-enzyme, in particular the dynamics of quantity level changes of brain-derived neurotropic factor in blood serum).

The work includes a research of morphological and immune-histochemical specifics of baby rats' cerebral structures in the conditions of experimental hypoxia model and with the administration of Cerebrocurin. It was ascertained that the most pronounced changes in the form of pericellular and perivascular edema, spongiform loci and loci of necrosis, with the phenomena of apoptosis and aponeuroses, occurred during severe hypoxia. Administration of Cerebrocurin in baby rats, which experienced moderate hypoxia, causes a decrease in pathological changes in cerebral structures and the approximation of the level of CD95 APO-1/Fas and Bcl-21 gene expression to their level in intact animals.

The authors carried out the sudy on morphofunctional changes of mitochondria of neurocytes of the brainstem of rats under experimental model of hypoxia and administration of Cerebrokurin and lipin. Cerebrokurin administration to rats which underwent severe chronic hypoxia lead to increase in mitochondria diameter and considerable increase of their area in the unit of volume as well it resulted in renewal of myelin sheaths. Use of Cerebrokurin and lipin in animals which underwent moderate hypoxia lead to probable increase in mitochondria area in the unit of volume in comparison with animals not treated with these agents.

A study was made on the condition of lipid peroxidation and of the antioxident system of defence in 20 infants born to healthy mothers (control group), 12 babies born to mothers with diabetes mellitus, 15 infants born to mothers with neurocirculatory asthenia and 12 infants born to mothers with congenital heart diseases. In infants born to mothers with diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular pathology, the system of regulation was found to have gotten out of balance, the compensatory-and-adaptive reactions upset. Accumulation of peroxidic products and depletion of the antioxidant system of defence tended to be more readily seen in those babies born to mothers with diabetes mellitus.

Overall, fifty newborn infants born to mothers with extragenital pathology (diabetes mellitus) were studied for the coagulative link of the homeostasis system as were 20 babies born to essentially healthy mothers. The studies were made by day 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 the babies' life. The conducted studies revealed signs of hypercoagulation presenting with activation of the external and internal route of hemostasis in those infants born to mothers with diabetes mellitus (DM).
