Peritoneal Distraction Technique to Reduce Symptomatic Lymphoceles after Retzius-Sparing Robot-Assisted Radical Prostatectomy.

Background: In Retzius-sparing robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP), lymphocele formation is a troublesome complication. The use of peritoneal flaps has emerged as a promising novel technique to tackle this complication. We explored this technique by suturing both the medial peritoneal flaps to each other and keeping them distracted so that the lymphadenectomy beds are left wide open.

Introduction: There is an unmet need for high-quality data for Robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN) in the Indian population. Indian study group on partial nephrectomy (ISGPN) is a consortium of Indian centers contributing to the partial nephrectomy (PN) database. The current study is a descriptive analysis of perioperative and functional outcomes following RAPN.

Robotic Kidney Transplant Beyond the Learning Curve: 8-Year Single-center Experience and Matched Comparison With Open Kidney Transplant.

Objective: To investigate the medium to long-term outcomes of robotic-assisted kidney transplantation (RAKT) and propensity-matched comparison with open kidney transplant (OKT).

Materials And Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 342 patients from database, who underwent RAKT and OKT from January 2015 to May 2022, at our center. Various demographic, intraoperative, and postoperative parameters were evaluated.

Development of a Supported Education Program for Students with Severe Mental Disorders in India.

Background: The onset of severe mental disorders (SMDs) is during adolescence or young adulthood, which affects the well-being and the educational aspirations of the students. Models of supported education practiced in the West are not culturally suitable for Indian students or the Indian education system. This study aimed to develop a Supported Education Program (SEP) for students with SMDs to help them with academic reintegration in an Indian context.
