Chronic constipation is a common digestive disease that affects people's quality of life, with complex causes and difficult treatment. Nearly half of the patients with chronic constipation do not achieve satisfactory treatment results, which is referred to as refractory constipation.Current clinical strategies for addressing refractory constipation have predominantly focused on the mitigation of intestinal symptoms.

There have been no studies utilizing symptom networks to identify core NIS in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, it is necessary to identify core symptoms for effective and precise symptom management. We aimed to construct a symptom network of NIS in lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy, and explore the core Nutrition Impact Symptoms cluster.

Approximately 20% of patients with shingles develop postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). We investigated the role of gut microbiota in shingle- and PHN-related pain. Patients with shingles or PHN exhibited significant alterations in their gut microbiota with microbial markers predicting PHN development among patients with shingles.

However, the sensitivity and stability of 3D perovskite X-ray detectors are currently being hindered by the existing constraints on ion movement. Therefore, there is an immediate need to develop X-ray detectors that are both highly sensitive and stable while also being environmentally friendly.

In this study, we reported a novel chiral organic donor-acceptor cocrystal based on asymmetrical components of benzo()naphtho(1,2-)thiophene (BNT) and 9-oxo-9H-indeno(1,2-)pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile (DCAF) that exhibited red emission using a simple solution approach. During the self-assembly, a kinetically controlled growth of polar solvent or substrate induction led to the chiral packing and helical morphology twisted by the cooperation of electrostatic potential energy and chirality.
