ErbB3 is markedly overexpressed in breast cancer cells and is associated with resistance and metastasis. Additionally, ErbB3 expression levels are positively correlated with low densities of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, a marker of poor prognosis. Consequently, ErbB3 is a promising therapeutic target for cancer immunotherapy.

Background: Neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPS) are highly prevalent in older adults. While the association between NPS and cognitive decline in older adults is widely acknowledged, there remains a lack of specificity regarding emerging NPS and cognitive outcomes in cognitively unimpaired older individuals. Importance: Hemochromatosis is rare in domestic animals, and iron-induced myopathy has not been reported in veterinary medicine. This case is the first report of iron-overload myopathy owing to hemochromatosis in a dog.

Recent advances in mass transfer technology are expected to bring next-generation micro light-emitting diodes (µLED) displays into reality, although reliable integration of the active-matrix backplane with the transferred µLEDs remains as a challenge. Here, the µLED display technology is innovated by demonstrating pixel circuit-integrated micro-LEDs (PIMLEDs) and integrating them onto a transparent glass substrate. The PIMLED comprises of low-temperature poly-silicon transistors and GaN µLED.

Atomically thin two-dimensional nanosheets of nitrogen-rich CN, CN, and CN are synthesized by sonochemical process. Despite their high nitrogen content, their triazole-based crystal structures remain intact after exfoliation. Among the present materials, the nitrogen-richest CN nanosheets display the highest photocatalytic activity for ammonia production, highlighting the synergetic effect of composition control and exfoliation.
