[Long-term results of surgical treatment of children with esophageal hiatal hernia].

The data on operative treatment of 16 children with esophageal hiatal hernia are presented. All the patients underwent plasty of the hiatus with the use of a thoracic approach according to the technique developed in the clinic. The results of treatment were studied within 1 to 15 years after the operation.

[Fracture of the ulna with dislocation of the radius in children].

Based on an analysis of observations of 85 children the authors discuss questions of diagnostics and tactics of treatment of different kinds of fractures of the elbow bone with dislocation of the radius. The authors obtained good results of treatment.
