[Topical aspects of organization of tuberculosis monitoring at the level of a subject of the Russian Federation (in case of the Belgorod Region)].

The paper shows how a tuberculosis monitoring system is under development at the level of the Russian Federation subject--the Belgorod Region. The tuberculosis monitoring system allows an effective control of both tuberculosis-controlling measures determined by the existing normative documents and orders and supplementary measures to enhance the effectiveness of tuberculosis control in the region. Tuberculosis monitoring should be further improved at the regional region by the sections: outpatient visit, antiepidemic measures in the foci; children's sanatorium work, cohorts to be examined by a physio pediatrician.

[Galvanization of a region of the liver in combination with use of huminate in complex recuperative treatment of patients having undergone surgery on the stomach and biliary tract].

We studied efficiency of intratissue electrophoresis of 1% huminate solution in rehabilitation of patients operated on the stomach and biliary tracts with functional deficiency of the stress-limiting system (SLS). The above electrophoresis stimulates SLS and promotes earlier start of therapeutic response.

[Changes of liposomes electrophoretic mobility under the effect of ribonuclease and cytochrome c].

The effect of ribonuclease and cytochrome c on electrophoretic mobility of liposomes composed of phosphatidylcholine and diphosphatidylglycerol has been studied. zeta-Potential of lipid vesicles was found to decrease in the presence of proteins. Parameters of proteins binding to phospholipids were evaluated from the changes of surface charge density of model membranes.
