Unlabelled: The aim of this report is to determine frequency and clinical characteristics of Congenital lobar emphysema (CLE) at Children's Hospital of Tunis.

Methods: Cases of CLE managed between January the 1st 1994 until December the 31st 2004 were reviewed.

Results: Amongst 31 cases of cystic pulmonary malformations we report 17 CLE.

Purpose: To investigate retrospectively the clinical and epidemiological characteristics, and method of treatment of childhood urolithiasis, a major urological problem in Tunisia.

Materials And Methods: The records of 525 children with urolithiasis treated in Tunisia between 1990 and 2004 were reviewed in a multi-centric study with regard to age at diagnosis, sex, history, and physical, laboratory, and radiologic findings. Metabolic evaluation when performed included serum electrolytes, calcium, phosphorus, uric acid, 24-h urine collection for calcium and creatinine, and a sodium nitroprusside test for cystine.

We report a retrospective study of nine neonatal observations of antenatal isolated pyelectasis during a period of two years. Pyelectasis associated with other congenital abnormalities and in utero died foetus were excluded. Finding interesting sex, gestational age at diagnosis, echographic aspect, antenatal management and postnatal follow-up were assigned.

Introduction: Circumcision, the most frequent operation in boys, is performed by various persons and is responsible for a considerable number of documented or non-documented complications.

Case Report: The authors report a case of accidental traumatic amputation of the glans during ritual circumcision performed by a nurse on a 5-year-old boy. Reimplantation was successfully performed after suture of the glans.
