Background: Nanodrugs play a crucial role in biomedical applications by enhancing drug delivery. To address safety and toxicity concerns associated with nanoparticles, lipid-nanocarrier-based drug delivery systems have emerged as a promising approach for developing next-generation smart nanomedicines. Ginseng has traditionally been used for various therapeutic purposes, including antiviral activity.

The potential of large language models (LLMs) in medical applications is significant, and Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) can address the weaknesses of these models in terms of data transparency and scientific accuracy by incorporating current scientific knowledge into responses. In this study, RAG and GPT-4 by OpenAI were applied to develop GuideGPT, a context aware chatbot integrated with a knowledge database from 449 scientific publications designed to provide answers on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ). A comparison was made with a generic LLM ("PureGPT") across 30 MRONJ-related questions.

Heteroatom-doped-RuO has emerged as a promising electrocatalysts because heteroatoms suppress lattice oxygen participation in the OER, thereby preventing the destabilization of surface Ru and catalyst degradation. However, identifying suitable heteroatoms and achieving their atomic-scale coupling with Ru atoms are nontrivial tasks.

Herein, a vanadium-doped nickel-iron oxide supported on nickel foam (V-NiFeO/NF) is introduced, and synthesized via a facile hydrothermal method as a highly efficient electrocatalyst for water electrolysis. X-ray photoelectron and absorption spectroscopies reveal a synergistic interaction between the vanadium dopant and nickel/iron in the host material, which tunes the electronic structure of NiFeO to increase the number of electrochemically active sites.

This paper analytically models and characterizes the performance of heterogeneous random access-based wireless mutual broadcast (RA-WMB) with distinct transmit (Tx) power levels, leveraging a marked Poisson point process to account for nodes' various Tx power. In particular, this study enables the performance of RA-WMB with heterogeneous Tx power to be represented in terms of the performance of RA-WMB with a common Tx power by deriving an equivalent Tx power based on the probability distribution of heterogeneous Tx power and the path loss exponent.
