[Prevalence of Trichinella spp. in red foxes and wild boars in the northwestern part of Poland].

The aim of the study was to establish in which degree wild boars and red foxes are reservoir of Trichinella spp. in North-West Poland. Research was carried out between 1997 and 2004 on 505 foxes and 56,462 wild boars in muscle samples.
