An accurate measurement of the amount fraction of hydrogen in gas mixtures is mandatory for practical applications, requiring methods that are fast, continuous, robust, and cost-effective. This study compares the performance of Raman and benchtop NMR process spectroscopy for determining the hydrogen amount fraction in gas mixtures. A setup was designed to integrate both techniques, enabling measurements of the same sample.

The MCL1 gene is frequently amplified in cancer and codes for the antiapoptotic protein myeloid cell leukemia 1 (MCL1), which confers resistance to the current standard of care. Therefore, MCL1 is an attractive anticancer target. Here we describe BRD-810 as a potent and selective MCL1 inhibitor and its key design principle of rapid systemic clearance to potentially minimize area under the curve-driven toxicities associated with MCL1 inhibition.

A hallmark of high-risk childhood medulloblastoma is the dysregulation of RNA translation. Currently, it is unknown whether medulloblastoma dysregulates the translation of putatively oncogenic non-canonical open reading frames (ORFs).
