A commonly accepted standard protocol for noninvasive techniques for the genetic evaluation of an embryo remains elusive due to inconclusiveness regarding the volume of spent media to be acquired and the possibility of acquiring the same for subsequent analysis. Single embryo culture is imperative for standardizing noninvasive preimplantation testing using cell-free DNA (cf-DNA) released by individual developing embryos. This study aims to compare the development dynamics of single-drop embryonic culture against with group embryonic culture to establish a standardized protocol for noninvasive Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) in bovine.

It is also known that the severity of these diseases largely differs among individuals with different genotypes and alleles. The Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) within specific genes have a considerable effect on the immune response to enteroviruses and on the outcome of disease, leading to variations in complications and infection susceptibility.

NaSO rejection and increase in pure water permeance (PWP) were considered as the output parameters. The disparity in Hansen solubility parameters (HSP) between the post-treatment solution and the polyamide layer of the TFC membrane, denoted by Ra, is well adapted to understand the enhancement in water permeance through the membranes upon treatment.

Lethal alleles affect fertility through early embryonic death, abortions, and stillbirth depending on the genetic expression of the allele. Holstein Friesian and Jersey are two major Bos taurus breeds used widely for increasing milk yield along with purebreds of Bos indicus breeds like Gir, Kankrej, Sahiwal, and Tharparkar.
