The present work reports on the preparation of the hitherto unknown title compounds with various synthetic routes described. The initially pursued concept of S-N exchange with varioius 1-substituted 3-methylsulfanyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1 -[1,2,4]triazolo[1,2- ]pyridazines by using nitrogen nucleophiles was only marginally successful. The reactions proceeded slowly and the yields were low, mainly because of the pronounced formation of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,2- ]pyridazin-1-imines by oxidation of the heterocyclic amines initially formed.

Powders of a Sn2S3 chalcogen-based aerogel (chalcogel) were combined with powdered polyacrylonitrile (PAN) in different mass ratios (SnS33, SnS50, and SnS70; # = mass% of chalcogel), dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide, and added dropwise to deionized water to form pellets of a porous PAN-chalcogel hybrid material. These pellets, along with pure powdered (SnSp) and granular (SnSg) forms of the chalcogel, were then used to capture iodine gas under both dynamic (dilute) and static (concentrated) conditions. Both SnSp and SnSg chalcogels showed very high iodine loadings at 67.

The presence of heterotopic pancreatic tissue in the gastroesophageal junction is a very rare entity. An exact preoperative diagnosis is only rarely possible despite all available diagnostic procedures. We report on the case of a submucous tumor of the gastroesophageal junction which became symptomatic due to reflux problems and was successfully removed by endoscope-assisted laparoscopic resection.
