An intelligent algorithm was developed to shorten the measurement time without compromising its diagnostic accuracy. It uses dermoscopic images of the skin lesions to be measured to select measurement points based on the assessment of color values.

This study aimed to develop a radiomic biomarker based on the segmentation of all metastases at baseline and the first follow-up CT for the endpoints best overall response (BOR), progression-free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS), encompassing various immunotherapies. Despite these remarkable advances, a noteworthy subset of patients (40%-60%) does not derive advantage from this therapeutic approach. This study aims to identify key predictive factors and create a user-friendly predictive nomogram for stage IV melanoma patients receiving first-line anti-PD-1-based immunotherapy, improving treatment decisions.
