Opioid-use disorder (OUD) during pregnancy has increased in the United States to critical levels and is a leading cause of maternal morbidity and mortality. Untreated OUD is associated with pregnancy complications in particular, preterm birth. Medications for OUD, such as buprenorphine, are recommended with the added benefit that treatment during pregnancy increases treatment post-partum.

Objective: To investigate women's perceptions of telemedicine for reproductive health care services, focusing on how perceived benefits and privacy risks influence their intentions to adopt telemedicine and their willingness to disclose personal health information.

Study Setting And Design: A cross-sectional survey was conducted. The study applied the privacy calculus theory to the context of telemedicine for reproductive health, using adapted, validated variables to develop the survey.

Objectives: To achieve malaria elimination by 2030, the Lao People's Democratic Republic (PDR) adopted a reactive surveillance and response (RASR) strategy of malaria case notification within 1 day, case investigation and classification within 3 days and foci investigation and response within 7 days. It is important to evaluate the performance and feasibility of RASR implementation in Lao PDR so that the strategy may be optimised and better contribute towards the goal of malaria elimination.

Design: A mixed-methods study comprising of secondary data analysis of routinely collected malaria surveillance data, quantitative surveys and qualitative consultations was conducted in 2022.

This study aims to develop a strategy for the fabrication of multilayer nanopatterns through sequential self-assembly of lamella-forming polystyrene--polydimethylsiloxane (PS--PDMS) block copolymer (BCP) from solvent annealing. By simply tuning the solvent selectivity, a variety of self-assembled BCP thin-film morphologies, including hexagonal perforated lamellae (HPL), parallel cylinders, and spheres, can be obtained from single-composition PS--PDMS. By taking advantage of reactive ion etching (RIE), topographic SiO monoliths with well-ordered arrays of hexagonally packed holes, parallel lines, and hexagonally packed dots can be formed.
