The concentration of fibrinogen, its fractions, and the concentration of C-reactive protein were determined in 45 healthy pregnant women before and after vaginal (27) or caesarean section 18 delivery. The control group consisted of 33 blood donors. In pregnancy, increased concentration of total fibrinogen and its fractions and a normal concentration of C-reactive protein were noted.

Objective: To estimate the occurrence of lupus anticoagulant, both isotypes of anticardiolipins, IgG and IgM, and lipoprotein (a) in women with recurrent fetal loss.

Method: 43 women with two or more fetal losses were included in this open, prospective study. They were divided into a group of 32 nullipara who have had only miscarriages and a group of 11 women who besides the fetal losses were able to give birth to at least one live newborn.

There was made an evaluation of efficacy activities Glaxo's Company drug-Fortum among patients in whom during the post-operative course or during pregnancy were heavy life-threatening infections. Fortum drug was administered in 12 from 13 patients as a second course after the minimal period of 4th days of using antibiotics first course. In one causes Fortum drug was administered immediately after instrumental delivery.

The authors estimated the effects of combined operative and hormonal therapy in 23 women suffering from ovarian endometrial cysts. In the therapy the authors used Danazol. The authors concluded that removal of an ovarian endometrial cyst combined with 6-th month Danazol therapy prevents recurrence of endometriosis and in some women restores fertility.
