Conservation agricultural practices promoted arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal colonization and glomalin content on sandy clay loam of southern India.

Arbuscular mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) are essential in agriculture and are often inter-linked with glomalin-related soil protein (GRSP) production which supports binding of aggregates, enhanced SOC and biological attributes. However, conservation agricultural practices in agroecosystem may have significant impact on AMF diversity, GRSP and soil quality-related parameters (SQRPs). This current experiment was implemented to gauge AMF conization percentage (AMF-CP), GSRP and significant changes on critical SQRPs, and to investigate the linkages between AMF-CP, GRSP and SQRPs as influenced by synergistic tillage and weed management in CA.

Implementation of Eclectic Voice Therapy Program via Telepractice in Hyperfunctional Voice Disorders: A Preliminary Efficacy Study.

Purpose: Hyperfunctional voice disorder (HFVD) has a multifaceted origin. Individuals with HFVD work in professions that demand high vocal usage and are bound to work for longer hours with very inflexible work schedules. In consequence, it can be speculated that an eclectic voice therapy program that uses combinatory approaches delivered via telepractice could bring about better efficiency of voice in these individuals.

Comprehensive physiological and genomic characterization of a potential probiotic strain, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum ILSF15, isolated from the gut of tribes of Odisha, India.

Characterizing probiotic features of organisms isolated from diverse environments can lead to the discovery of novel strains with promising functional features and health attributes. The present study attempts to characterize a novel probiotic strain isolated from the gut of the tribal population of Odisha, India. Based on 16S rRNA-based phylogeny, the strain was identified as a species of the Lactiplantibacillus genus and was named Lactiplantibacillus plantarum strain ILSF15.
