[Surgical treatment of symmetrically developed uterine abnormalities].

Retrospectively 75 patients having undergone metroplasty for symmetric uterine anomalies were analysed. The main indication for operation was recurrent abortions and preterm deliveries (63 women) and primary sterility (12). Adnexal pathology which required microsurgical repair was present in 52 (57%) patients.
