Mono-ADP-ribosyl transferase (mART) proteins are secreted virulence factors produced by several human pathogens, the founding member being diphtheria toxin (DT). Pseudomonas aeruginosa can also secrete a mART toxin, known as exotoxin A (PE), but with an organization of its three functional domains (receptor, translocation, and enzymatic elements) that is opposite to DT. Two additional PE-like toxins (PLTs) have been identified from Vibrio cholerae and Aeromonas hydrophila, suggesting more PLT family members may exist.

The aim of this paper is to gain an understanding of the experience of recent sexual assault victim-survivors who accessed one of these 24-hour services.
Method: A feedback questionnaire was offered to victim-survivors on completion of the integrated crisis response.
Unlabelled: This study investigated combining fine clinoptilolite with iron hydroxide coagulant, as a cost-effective, dual-purpose flocculant for enhanced removal of Pb⁺ or Cu⁺ ions, along with the solid-liquid separation and physicochemical analysis. For the clinoptilolite, adsorption kinetics fitted a pseudo-second-order (PSO) rate model with higher rate constants for Pb, while equilibrium adsorption data fitted the Langmuir monolayer model, with similar at 18.8 mg/g for Pb and 18.

Instead of being retraumatising, the examination is intended to be reassuring.
Methods And Analysis: This study will explore the understanding and experience of the medical forensic examination from a population of patients who attend after a recent sexual assault.
Given the widespread interest and ongoing study on MDMA-assisted therapy (MDMA-AT) for PTSD, its implications for unique populations-such as adolescents-require further understanding. Social workers will likely play a crucial role in the potential implementation of this intervention, but their perspectives remain unknown. The study includes 222 social workers randomized to read one of two vignettes about MDMA-AT or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor-assisted therapy (SSRI-AT) for treating adolescent treatment-resistant PTSD.
