Objectives: To compare the impact of on-table monitoring vs standard-of-care multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) for the utilisation of gadolinium contrast use in prostate MRI.

Materials And Methods: This retrospective observation study of prospectively acquired data was conducted at a single institution over an 18-month period. A cohort of patients undergoing MRI for suspected prostate cancer (PCa) underwent on-table monitoring where their T2 and DWI images were reviewed by a supervising radiologist during the scan to decide whether to acquire dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) sequences.

Introduction: Despite the growing clinical use of dry needling (DN) among physical therapists in the United States and its gradual adoption into entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs, limited research exists on DN safety within educational settings. This study aims to report the type and incidence of adverse events (AEs) associated with DN instruction in DPT programs.

Review Of Literature: To date, there has been no reporting on DN-related AEs during DPT education, making the relative risk of DN education unclear.

Objectives: Multi-centre, multi-vendor validation of artificial intelligence (AI) software to detect clinically significant prostate cancer (PCa) using multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is lacking. We compared a new AI solution, validated on a separate dataset from different UK hospitals, to the original multidisciplinary team (MDT)-supported radiologist's interpretations.

Materials And Methods: A Conformité Européenne (CE)-marked deep-learning (DL) computer-aided detection (CAD) medical device (Pi) was trained to detect Gleason Grade Group (GG) ≥ 2 cancer using retrospective data from the PROSTATEx dataset and five UK hospitals (793 patients).

Aim: The purpose of this paper is to discuss student's perspectives on the congruence of problem-based learning (PBL) and recovery-oriented practice (ROP) and the effectiveness of the PBL approach used to teach ROP in a postgraduate nursing module.

Background: The recovery-oriented practice module was part of Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing.

Design: The study used a mixed methods methodology.
