The number of people with gastric cardia and distal oesophageal cancers has increased in the last five years. The surgical treatment method of choice is proximal gastrectomy, with an option being reconstruction of the gastrointestinal tract. There are many reconstruction techniques for anastomosis of the oesophagus and distal parts of the digestive tract.

They suffered from neurosensory hypoacusis with or without the recruitment phenomenon. The results were compared with those derived from patients with neurosensory hypoacusis of vascular origin, aggravated by the recruitment phenomenon, and in the cortical structures of the hearing organ in the case of neurosensory hypoacusis of both vascular and noise origin.

Each subject heading is provided with indices of the International Classification of Inventions (MCI), national classifications of inventions (NCI), Universal Digital Classification (UDC), Branch Automated System of Scientific Medical Information (BASSMI), Medinform, and the State Automated System of Scientific-Technical Information (SASSTI). The subject thesaurus is necessary for the detection of relevant information in the BASSMI and Medinform data banks and in patent forms.

Occurrence of protein fractions typical for each of the syndromes was due to frequency of phenotypes in the protein systems Hp and Yc of the syndromes studied.
