Recent studies have discovered that aryl-substituted pyrido[2,1-a]isoquinolines have the potential to be highly active DPP IV inhibitors. In previous studies, we reported a novel synthetic approach for the construction of their sulfur-containing bioisosteric [1,4]thiazino[3,4-a]isoquinolines analogues, incorporating an additional aryl substituent. The present study aims to investigate the DPP IV inhibitory activity and cytotoxicity of the synthesized molecules by in vitro assay.

The aim of this study was to search for CNVs in women with miscarriages and sXCI. XCI was assayed using the classical method based on the amplification of highly polymorphic exon 1 of the androgen receptor (AR) gene.

Obtaining high-quality concentrates with high iron content and low content of impurities from low-grade iron ores requires the maximum possible liberation of valuable minerals and a high accuracy of separating features (difference in density, magnetic susceptibility, wettability, etc.).

Characterization of epidemiological and clinical data via national registries has proven to be a valuable tool of studying these diseases. The Russian PID registry was set up in 2017, by the National Association of Experts in PID (NAEPID).

The aim of this work was to investigate the effect of Etoxidol on synthesis of FSTL-1 in rats after myocardial infarction. The experiments were performed on Wistar rats weighing 250-350 g with simulated myocardial infarction or intact (group 5).
