[The application of artificial intellect in health care: prospects and challenges for science and clinical medicine].

The paper analyses publications data related to issues of application of AI and machine learning systems in medical science and practice. The particular attention is paid to key points of AI application in health care: diagnostics, telemedicine, development of new medications, medical rehabilitation and management decision-making process. Despite broad perspectives of applying the given systems in clinical practice and pharmaceutical industry, there are a number of such unsolved problems as ensuring information security, risk of making erroneous decisions and necessity to change existing normative legal base of health care.

The article considers issues of implementation into clinical practice the principles of 5P medicine in its part of individualization of therapeutic tactics considering genetic characteristics of patients. The analysis of studies concerning influence of allelic variations on metabolism, safety and tolerance of the most often prescribed medicinal preparations was implemented. The main assumptions of pharmacogenomics were considered.

- The study investigates the current emergency medical services (EMS) system in Armenia, which faces challenges due to limited training and experience in disaster medicine, particularly with a recent history of concurrent crises: the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh War and the COVID-19 pandemic.
- A cross-sectional survey conducted among Yerevan EMS physicians showed a 70.6% response rate, revealing that many providers had minimal experience in treating war-related injuries or mass casualties, with most being relatively new to their roles and still in residency.
- Results indicate that greater experience in battlefield medicine correlates with older age and longer service as a physician or EMS provider, highlighting the need for improved training and preparedness in Armenia
Armenia, an ex-Soviet Republic in transition since independence in 1991, has made remarkable strides in development. The crisis of prioritization that has plagued many post-Soviet republics in transition has meant differential growth in varied sectors in Armenia. Emergency systems is one of the sectors which is neglected in the current drive to modernize.

Objective: To study the relationship between sleep disorder symptoms and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in patients with epilepsy.
Material And Methods: Three groups of participants were included: patients with epilepsy (EG, =151), healthy controls (CG, =130), patients with a confirmed diagnosis of sleep disorder (SDG, =69). HRQOL was assessed with SF-36 containing 8-domains (D1-D8).
