Anthracycline-mediated cardiotoxicity is a common concern following lymphoma therapy, particularly in patients with high cardiovascular risk (CVR). In non-cancer populations, coronary artery calcium scoring (CACS) effectively identifies individuals who may benefit from aggressive CVR modification to lower the risk of cardiovascular events. Emerging evidence suggests that CACS can also predict cancer therapy-related cardiotoxicity, potentially identifying candidates for cardioprotective strategies.

This study aims to investigate the present landscape of [Lu]Lu-PSMA in prostate cancer, elucidating trends, global contributions, scholarly outlets, institutions, and thematic concentrations with an aim to inform forthcoming research endeavors.
Methods: We systematically probed the Scopus repository for relevant [Lu]Lu-PSMA literature.
Skin cancers are the most common cancers, with melanoma resulting in the highest cause of death in this category. Accurate clinical, histologic, and imaging staging with fludeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (FDG PET) is most important to guide patient management. Whilst surgical excision with clear margins is the gold-standard treatment for primary cutaneous melanoma, targeted therapies have generated remarkable and rapid clinical responses in melanoma, for which FDG PET also plays an important role in assessment of treatment response and post-therapy surveillance.

Background: Multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) has an established role for the diagnosis of clinically significant prostate cancer (sPCa). The PRIMARY trial demonstrated that [Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) was associated with a significant improvement in sensitivity and negative predictive value for sPCa detection.
Objective: To demonstrate that addition of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) radioligand PET/CT will enable some men to avoid transperineal prostate biopsy without missing sPCa, and will facilitate biopsy targeting of PSMA-avid sites.

Background: Our study aims to explore the current utilisation of F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (FDG-PET/CT) in the diagnostic pathway of pyrexia of unknown origin (PUO) and associated cost of illness in a large tertiary teaching hospital in Australia.
Method: 1257 febrile patients between June 2016 and September 2022 were retrospectively reviewed. There were 57 patients who met the inclusion criteria of "classical PUO", of which FDG-PET/CT was performed in 31 inpatients, 15 outpatients and 11 inpatients did not have an FDG-PET/CT scan.
Background: The TheraP study reported improved prostate-specific antigen responses with lutetium-177 [Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 versus cabazitaxel in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer progressing after docetaxel. In this Article, we report the secondary outcome of overall survival with mature follow-up, and an updated imaging biomarker analysis. We also report the outcomes of participants excluded due to ineligibility on gallium-68 [Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 and 2-[F]fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-[F]FDG) PET-CT.

Immune checkpoint inhibition (ICI) has limited efficacy at relapse but may sensitise relapsed lymphoma to subsequent chemotherapy. Accurate target delineation is an absolute requirement for modern radiotherapy planning. Historically, structural imaging modalities have been used for this purpose, but there is a considerable role for functional imaging with PET/CT to contribute in this area. PET/CT's role in radiotherapy planning is well established and its use is indispensable in the clinical management of the lymphomas, particularly Hodgkin Lymphoma.

Purpose: CS-1008 (tigatuzumab) is a humanized, monoclonal immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) agonistic antibody to human death receptor 5. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of CS-1008 dose on the biodistribution, quantitative tumor uptake, and antitumor response in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
Patients And Methods: Patients with mCRC who had received at least one course of chemotherapy were assigned to one of five dosage cohorts and infused with a weekly dose of CS-1008.
Purpose: We evaluated whether 18F-FDG-PET altered stage classification, management, and prognostic stratification of newly diagnosed small cell lung cancer (SCLC).
Procedures: We identified 46 consecutive patients undergoing staging positron emission tomography for SCLC from 1993-2008 inclusive. Updated survival data from the state Cancer Registry was available on 42 of 46 patients.
