[A Case of Small Cell Carcinoma of the Renal Pelvis].

A 84-year-old female visited our hospital with the chief complaint of asymptomatic gross hematuria. The computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a large invasive tumor in the right renal pelvis. Metastatic workup was negative.
