Diagnostic possibilities of laparoscopy were studied in 24 injured persons, suffering closed hepatic damage in noninformity of results of clinical, laboratory-biochemical, roentgenologic, ultrasound investigations and diagnostic peritoneal lavage as well, were studied. Isolated trauma was revealed in 8 injured persons, the multiple one in 7 and the combined--in 9. Open operation was performed in 21 patients, relaparotomy--in 3, laparoscopic intervention with curative intent--in 3 hepatic wound tamponade, using hemostatic sponge with ambene, lubricated by dicinon.

While examination of 83 patients it was established that in the presence of complicated gastric and duodenal ulcer disease the secondary immune deficiency is developing, which deepens after the surgical intervention conduction. Tiotriazolin, promoting the immune system state and the blood biochemistry indexes normalization, the immune system state and the blood biochemistry indexes stimulation, hemopoiesis stimulation, the treatment results improvement, was applied for immunomodulation.

The results of diagnosis and treatment of 42 patients with the closed hepatic injury are analysed. Instrumental diagnosis methods are the most informative ones in the early exposure. Laparoscopy application is preferable to reveal the blood in abdominal cavity, to determine the diagnosis, localization and degree of hepatic injury, the presence of continuing bleeding and the effused blood volume.
