Pediatric Adenotonsillectomy in a Low Resource Setting: Lessons and Implications.

Objectives: To examine the practices related paediatric adenotonsillectomy in our setting especially in relation to blood request and transfusion, routine investigations, post-operative analgesic practice and complications.
