Primary testicular rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare pediatric genitourinary tumor with few cases reported in the literature. The clinical presentation is identical to that of other common testicular neoplasms. Diagnosis entails careful microscopic examination and immunohistochemical analysis to rule out other primary testicular malignancies.
