This is due to existence of multiple cameras working in different spectral ranges in a single surveillance setup. This paper proposes two different approaches including spatial sparse representations (SSR) and frequency sparse representation (FSR) to recognize on-the-move heterogeneous face images with database of single sample per person (SSPP).

Unlabelled: A 78-year-old man with history of chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids syndrome, moderate persistent asthma, pansinusitis, and upper airway cough syndrome presented to the sleep medicine clinic for evaluation of sleep-disordered breathing. Brain magnetic resonance imaging showed lesions in the pons and midbrain. Diagnostic polysomnography was remarkable for central sleep apnea.

Risk Factors of Crimean-Congo Haemorrhagic Fever in Sindh Province, Pakistan.

Objectives: In Sindh Province, Pakistan, confirmed Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever (CCHF) increased from zero in 2008 to 16 in 2015-2016. To counter this increase, in 2016, we initiated structured CCHF surveillance to improve estimates of risk factors for CCHF in Sindh and to identify potential interventions.

Methods: Beginning in 2016, all referral hospitals in Sindh reported all CCHF cases to surveillance agents.

anti-epileptic study of newly synthesized pregabalin derivatives based on docking studies.

Objective: The goal of the present study is to examine pretreatment with Schiff bases and derivatives of pregabalin along with their metal (Zn and Cu) complexes on the severity of epilepsy, latency time, duration of convulsions, seizure score and survival rate in mice.

Methods: To achieve the goal, a molecular docking study of analogues was carried out on a specific molecular target, such as the alpha-2δ receptor (PDB ID: 6ND9); which revealed the significant binding affinity of the analogs to their respective target. Based on the docking information, all pregabalin derivatives were synthesized and antiepileptic effect was confirmed by applying the PTZ model that prioritized the most crucial significant points responsible for biological activity.

Background: Controversy regarding the definition of the upper limit of normal (ULN) for dilated mid-ascending aorta (mAA) stems from variation in criteria, based on several small-sized studies with small datasets of normal subjects (DONS). The present study was carried out to demonstrate this variation in the prevalence of mAA dilation and to identify the optimal definition by creating the largest DONS.
