Objective: To address historical concerns surrounding vasectomy in childless men, we sought to evaluate for the level of regret in this unique cohort.
Methods: The records of patients who underwent vasectomy via single surgeon between 2006 and 2021 were retrospectively reviewed and those who had not fathered children in any capacity at time of vasectomy were selected. We devised a 6-question survey inquiring about regret and thoughts on vasectomy reversal and assisted reproductive technology (ART).
