Purpose: Congenital tracheo-oesophageal fistula (TOF) occurs in 1 in 3000 births. Perioperative management for TOF repair requires co-ordination with a multi-disciplinary team, support from critical care units, and expertise in neonatal and cardiothoracic anaesthesia.
