Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Every year, cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) account for about 17.9 million deaths, making them the primary cause of both morbidity and mortality. Conventional drugs, which are often prescribed to treat cardiovascular diseases, are costly and have adverse effects.

Herein, a ratiometric dual emitting perovskite-based sensor was designed by synthesizing fluorescent CsPbBr PeQDs within a matrix of Eu-BDC (Eu(III) benzene-1,4-dicarboxylate). The results presented here establish the suggested sensor's quick and selective turn-on PL response to volatile primary aliphatic amine derivatives.

This work focuses on preparing an organogel for the removal of both chlorophenol and Congo Red. PAni molecules were grafted in situ between the layers of montmorillonite (MMT) to form a PAni/MMT composite, which was further modified to form a gel structure.

Here, we have designed a CsPbBr perovskite based fluorometric sensor by integrating them with a zeolitic imidazole framework (ZIF-8) an one step technique and established its stability in aqueous and other polar solvents. The CsPbBr@ZIF-8 luminescence sensor functioned excellently for the trace detection of 4-nitroaniline and rhodamine blue dye molecules with a detection limit value of 8.

However, to achieve significant adhesive strength under wet condition and good mechanical properties, gelatin is functionalised with dopamine and acrylic acid. Here, inspired from nature, we have developed a gelatin based adhesive hydrogel for wet surfaces by incorporating dopamine into gelatin-poly(acrylic acid) chain.

Plasma treatment of electrospun PVA/Cs nanofibers is carried out with both inert (argon, Ar) and reactive (oxygen, O) gases at atmospheric pressure. Incorporation of oxygen-containing polar functional groups on the surface of Ar-plasma treated (PVA/Cs/Ar) and O-plasma treated (PVA/Cs/O) nanofibers and increase in surface roughness contribute to the improvement of surface wettability and the decrease of contact angle with water of the nanofibers.

Until now, flexible supercapacitors based on graphene analogues usually have had low operating potential windows. To this end, two dissimilar electrode materials with complementary potential ranges are employed to obtain an optimum cell voltage of 1.

ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by thermal decomposition method and were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy, XRD, SEM, EDX and TEM analysis. The resultant nanoparticles are nearly spherical and size is in the range of 40-50 nm. The antioxidant behavior of ZnO nanoparticles was assessed by scavenging free radicals of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl hydrate (DPPH) with varying nanoparticle concentration and time interval individually.

CuO nanoparticles were synthesized by thermal decomposition methods and characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, XRD and TEM analysis. The resultant particles are nearly spherical and particle size is in the range of 15-30 nm. The antioxidant behavior of synthesized CuO nanoparticles was evaluated by scavenging free radicals of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl hydrate (DPPH).
