Objective: Introduction: The article is devoted to the optimization of complex diagnosis of endothelial dysfunction in patients with a combination of chronic pancreatitis and atherosclerosis. The aim: To study the level and effects of kallistatin and ghrelin on the formation of endothelial dysfunction in patients with chronic pancreatitis and atherosclerosis.
