Introduction: Studies have shown the importance of self-efficacy in the domain of risky sexual behaviour. The aim of this study was to examine the association of unwanted sexual intercourse among secondary-school students with socio-demographic factors and perceived self-efficacy, and to assess the effectiveness of the programme on reproductive health.
Methods: The study involved 5,026 second-grade students in 72 high schools in the Province of Vojvodina, Serbia (APV).

From the public health point of view, safety of dry fermented sausages is of concern due to possible presence of biogenic amines and some other food hazards. Taking into consideration that biogenic amines are chemical indicators of microbiological contamination, industrial and artisanal dry fermented sausages produced in Serbia were subjected to the microbiological and biogenic amine profiling. Microorganisms identified by MALDI-TOF MS included and , whereas the food pathogens were not detected.

The aim of the study was to determine the prevalence of overweight and obesity and factors associated with them (demographic, socioeconomic factors and lifestyle) in adults aged 50 years and above in Serbia.
Methods: This cross-sectional study, representative for the population in Serbia, was carried out in one-year period, including 6,932 people aged 50 and over.
Background/aim: The World Health Organization (WHO) identified four broad domains as being universally relevant to the quality of life, namely physical, and psychological health, social relationships, and environment. The aim of this study was to assess the relationship between sociodemographic characteristics and quality of life of old people.
Methods: The World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF) was used to assess quality of life on a random sample of 200 people aged 60 years and over who lived in the Retirement Home in Novi Sad.
