Trungapeptins A-C, cyclodepsipeptides from the marine cyanobacterium Lyngbya majuscula.

Trungapeptins A-C (1-3) were isolated from the marine cyanobacterium Lyngbya majuscula collected from Trung Province, Thailand. Their gross structures were elucidated by interpretation of spectroscopic data. The absolute configurations of the amino acids and phenyllactic acid were determined by Marfey's and chiral HPLC analyses, respectively.
