Hemangioma - A Rare Cause of Laryngeal Growth in an Adult and its Management with Sclerotherapy and Laser Surgery: A Case Report.

Hemangiomas are benign tumors of vascular origin commonly affecting head and neck region. Laryngeal Hemangiomas are however rare and have no well-defined management protocols. We present an interesting case of a 42-year-old adult who was diagnosed as a case of Laryngeal Hemangioma based on clinical and radiological findings and was managed with local injection of sclerosing agent followed by CO Laser fulguration.

Utilization of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 scale for evaluation of quality of life among cancer patients treated with chemotherapy: A hospital-based observational study.

Background: In this new era of cancer management, the quality of life (QOL) is given more importance than the quantity of life. QOL evaluation studies are widely used in oncology to assess the patient's performance in different cancer types and treatment modalities.

Objective: To evaluate cancer patients' QOL after various chemotherapy cycles.

Does Patellar Resurfacing Matter? Midterm Follow-Up of MRK Total Knee Replacement.

Background: Many designs of TKR have been developed to optimize the kinematics and improve satisfaction, including the 'medial rotating' philosophy. The purpose of this study is to report the mid-term clinical outcome of MRK knees and evaluate whether resurfacing the patella makes any difference in outcome.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was done of 104 MRK total knee replacement done between 2008 and 2017.

Spherical agglomeration of mefenamic acid and nabumetone to improve micromeritics and solubility: a technical note.

Spherical agglomeration techniques were developed for improving the flow and compressibility characteristics of microcrystalline mefenamic acid and nabumetone. The process involved agglomerating microcrystals using agglomerating solvents. Temperature and speed of agitation were optimized to obtain spherical agglomerates in a desired range, which was found to be essential to enhance compressibility.

Results of dynamic condylar screw for subtrochanteric fractures.

A consecutive series of 58 patients, treated with the dynamic condylar screw (DCS) for subtrochanteric fractures were retrospectively reviewed. The mechanism of injury was low-energy in 47 cases and high-energy in 11 cases. Five patients died before fracture healing.
