Potential execution of vitiligo surgery by the most conceivable technique - which, where, and why?

While various treatment options exist for vitiligo, surgical interventions have gained significant attention due to their potential for long-lasting repigmentation. Several surgical procedures have been developed, including miniature punch grafting, thin Theirsch's split-thickness skin grafting (STSG), suction blister technique, and ultrathin STSG. The decision-making process should also consider the potential risks and benefits associated with each technique.

Median raphe cysts are rare congenital lesions ofthe male genitalia that occur as a result of alteredembryologic development. We report two such casesof median raphe cysts in the pediatric age group. Inaddition, we review the literature.

Milia-like idiopathic calcinosis cutis in a child with Down syndrome.

Idiopathic calcinosis cutis refers to progressive deposition of crystals of calcium phosphate in the skin and other areas of the body, in the absence of any inciting factor. Idiopathic calcinosis cutis may sometimes take the form of small, milia-like lesions. Most commonly, such milia like lesions are seen in the setting of Down syndrome.

Generalized acquired cutis laxa type 1: a case report and brief review of literature.

Cutis laxa, clinically characterized by loose and pendulous skin related to loss of elastic tissue, is a rare heterogeneous condition. It is classified into congenital and acquired types. We report a case of generalized acquired cutis laxa type 1 in a young man following pruritic urticarial plaques.

Periumbilical perforating pseudoxanthoma elasticum.

A 50-year-old woman presented with a 2-year history of a yellowish plaque studded with red brown keratotic papules in the periumbilical region. Histopathological examination from the yellow plaque showed curled and granular elastic fibers in the mid and lower dermis. Histopathological examination from a keratotic papule showed pathological elastic fibers and dense chronic inflammatory cells around areas of perforation.

Lichen Planus Pemphigoides Presenting Preferentially Over Preexisting Scars: A Rare Instance of Isotopic Phenomenon.

An 18-year-old girl presented with multiple itchy hyperpigmented papules and plaques, along with tense blisters over the lower limbs and buttocks for last 3 months. These papules, plaques, and bullae were mostly localized to preexisting scars. The histopathological findings from papule and bulla were consistent with lichen planus (LP) and bullous pemphigoid, respectively.

Gout nodulosis: report of a rare case and brief review.

The development of tophi in the absence of prior episodes of gouty arthritis is unusual. We hereby present a case of a non-alcoholic, normoglycemic, and normotensive middle-aged man, who presented with multiple nodules distributed bilaterally over the dorsum of hands, feet, and elbow joints without any prior history of arthritis. Serum uric acid level was found to be normal.
